SUSTAINABILITY

Well...as a small up and coming brand, our aim is to be able to minimize our garments footprint. Unfortunately, with the low quantities we producing right now, we can't affort to create any custom fabrics, and will have to go for what is in stock at our suppliers.

With the characteristics we are looking for, we simply have not found the perfect material. We doubt we ever will, but the more we grow, the easier it will be for us to be friendlier to the environment.

On a sidenote, we don't believe that "recycled" material is the magic solution to solving the climate crisis. We read somewhere (can't remember where...) that recycled materials are generally (obviously differs a lot...) only about 20% better than new, because the process of collecting and re-using is very, very energy consuming. Not trying to downplay the need for recycling fabric, but we rather also believe there are many other means of limiting garment footprint. Using your clothes for a long time instead of buying new, is a no-brainer...choosing a "greener" delivery partner and not ordering multiple sizes and returning frequently isn't to shabby either. With that in mind, we are trying to give you good size advise, as well as the option to use "slow" delivery.

Not "over and out", we will most probably update this section quite frequently :)

And feel free to send us feedback on stuff we can do better.
